Frontenac Gris grape বা ফন্টেনিয়াক গ্রি আঙ্গুরের জাতটি খুবই জুসি । Frontenac Gris Angur জাতটির উৎপত্তি স্থল GREECE এ । একটি বহুমুখী, ভারসাম্যযুক্ত চিনি ও অ্যাসিড এর মিশ্রিত আঙ্গুর তাই মিষ্টি স্বাদের ফলে সরাসরি এবং শুকনো ওয়াইন উভয়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যায় । জাতটির মিষ্টতা অর্থাৎ চিনির পরিমাণ বা Brix 16 থেকে 18 ডিগ্রি পর্যন্ত। আঙ্গুরের বেরিগুলি গোলাকার । বেরির ওজন একটি 6 থেকে 7 গ্রাম হতে পারে। থোকার ওজন ৫০০ – ৬০০ গ্রাম পর্যন্ত হয়।

বেরি: আঙ্গুরের বেরিগুলি গোলাকার । বেরির ওজন একটি ১৪ থেকে ১৬ গ্রাম হতে পারে।
আঙ্গুরের গুচ্ছ: বড়। ৫০০-৬০০ গ্রাম গড় ওজনের
রং – সবুজ থেকে কিছুটা হলুদ ভাব হয়ে থাকে।
বীজ: বীজমুক্ত ।
স্বাদ: সুস্বাদু।
বৃদ্ধি: সবল।
ফলন: উচ্চ ফলনশীল।
মাটির প্রয়োজনীয়তা: যেকোনো সাধারণ বাগান-মাটি সাথে জৈব সার , ভাল নিষ্কাশন যুক্ত ।
