Shipping & Delivery Policy

After confirming the customer order, the order is sent through a registered domestic courier company. Sokheragro.com does shipping & delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. That is, the booking is given to the designated courier within 72 hours of the confirmation of the order.

sokheragro.com is not responsible for any unwanted delays in delivery by the courier company. And only guarantee handing over the invoice to the courier company within 3 days from the date of order and payment or order confirmation as per agreed delivery date at that time. For Bangladeshi customers, the shipping charge is 200tk for 1 bundle of trees (1 bundle up to 5 trees without pots) you must receive from your nearest courier branch. When the plant reaches your nearest courier branch they will call you to pick up your plant. Contact them if you want home delivery (charges may apply)
